We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Engineer to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the contractual aspects of projects from initiation through to closeout. This includes advising the project management team on contractual matters, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and partners, and ensuring all contractual requirements are met throughout the project's lifecycle.

As a corporate analyst at EDECS, you will look at business operations and works to increase financial stability and productivity for the company. Your job duties include collecting and analyzing complex business data, reviewing trends and shifts in markets, developing models and reports based on the analysis, and providing financial support to management. This role will work closely and in direct support of the top-level executive team.

Propose new strategic directions for the EDECS based on i) the acquisition of selected individual portfolio companies and ii) increasing awareness within the corporation of new therapy concepts and businesses
